Meet Candace Racz, Assistant Vice President & Mortgage Origination Team Leader. Candace works primarily out of our West Chicago branch, overseeing the mortgage, residential, and consumer lending functions of the bank. She also provides top-notch service to our customers, assisting them with everything from completing the initial loan application to answering questions or providing customer support to the final loan payoff, which is always a happy moment for her clients. What’s Candace's favorite thing about working with her customers? “I have worked at FNBC for 20 years and I am always impressed that our customers are so loyal to FNBC and to the local community. It’s great to see and building such strong connections is very rewarding.” Speaking of strong connections, Candace is a lifelong resident of the far western suburbs and enjoys helping young families discover the hidden gems of the local area. “Reed-Keppler Park is a great spot for families to picnic and explore, and West Chicago’s Railroad Days festival is great fun for everyone.”
